The best time to capture Yosemite Falls is during Springtime and early summer when there is more water. In late summer you won’t have that much water anymore.

As with Upper Yosemite Falls, the best time to capture Lower Yosemite Falls is during Springtime and early summer when there is enough water flow.
There will be a lot of tourists during the day. Therefore, if you want a photo with no people you should go really early in the morning or very late in the evening.
